Education Verification - Graduate

The University of Saskatchewan (USask) College of Nursing provides alumni of their Graduate programs with verification of academic and practice education, including program completion, courses and clinical hours.

The education verification package includes:

• Completed forms as requested.
• Documentation outlining courses and descriptions.
• Documentation outlining hours of theoretical instruction and clinical practice hours.
• Verification letter confirming program completion and graduation date.
• Documentation will be signed and sealed if requested.

Please note the following:

• The education verification package will be delivered to the agency indicated in the request.
• A completed package does not guarantee you will receive licensure in the jurisdiction where you have requested the package for.
• Completion of the package can take up to 8 weeks.
• Completion of the package may be delayed if forms are not completed by requestor properly.
• Education verification does NOT include a copy of your transcript. You must request your transcript be sent to your organization via PAWS "My Records" channel.

Graduates who are registering within Saskatchewan do not need to utilize this process.
