Booking an Appointment
Advisor Booking Rules
Advisor appointments are subject to the following rules:
- You must book at least two hours in advance.
- Appointments cannot be made that occur more than 30 days from now.
- We will not schedule same-day appointments after 2:00 PM.
- You can only book one appointment per day.
- You can only book two appointments per week.
- Advisor appointments can only be 30 minutes long.
- Appointments cannot be cancelled within half an hour of their start time.
Academic Advisors
Note: Students need to book with the Academic Advisor responsible for your current year in program. If you are not in the same location as the advisor for your year of program, please request a meeting with that Advisor via Zoom or phone call.
