Robin Thurmeier, as Research Facilitator within the Nursing Unit for Research and Scholarship Excellence (NURSE), provides targeted pre-award research development and administration supports to Nursing scholars and is integral in strategic research planning activities within the College. Robin also supports University-wide research activities by presenting on topics such as sex and gender in health-based research and working with colleagues from other units on grant development strategies.

Robin has a background in Anthropology and Kinesiology, with expertise in research development, research administration, qualitative research methodologies, data and project management, evaluation metrics, grant development, strategic planning, stakeholder/government relations, and research communications.
