Caitlin Olauson is a Research Coordinator within the Nursing Unit for Research and Scholarship Excellence (NURSE) at the College of Nursing, University of Saskatchewan. As Research Coordinator, Caitlin provides targeted post-award research supports to Nursing scholars and is integral in strategic research planning activities. Caitlin has expertise in mixed research methodologies, project management, hiring and supporting research teams, building professional communities, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, and research communications.
